Zena Spektor

Zena Spektor graduated Brooklyn Law School in 2007 and is a member of the New York and New Jersey bar. Ms. Spektor began her legal career as a Corporate attorney but quickly transitioned into the Immigration field. Ms. Spektor has extensive experience representing clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Executive Office for Immigration Review, and the Board of Immigration Appeals in connection with family-based petitions and removal proceedings. Ms. Spektor is also very knowledgeable and experienced in various employment-based immigration matters, including National Interest Waivers, O-1 petitions, and J-1 Waiver Applications.Ms. Spektor may practice immigration law anywhere in the United States.
