William Seitz

William R. Seitz is a shareholder at Mase Mebane Seitz practicing in personal injury and wrongful death claims.  He has a special interest in cruise line litigation, including passenger personal injury claims and crewmember personal injury claims.  He also represents clients in class actions having appeared as counsel in class actions in both state and federal court.  He handles matters in Florida state and federal courts, as well as the American Arbitration Association and International Centre for Dispute Resolution.Bill graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, and he holds a B.B.A. in Finance and minor in Political Science from the University of Iowa where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. During law school, he served as a judicial intern with the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida and the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Seitz is admitted to The Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court  for Southern and Middle Districts of Floridam, and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce. As a young professional, Mr. Seitz is actively involved in the community, dedicating his time outside of work to the Nicklaus Children’s Hosptial.
