I have been practicing labor and employment law representing both employers and employees since 2009. I frequently work on matters relating to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, covenants not to compete, wage and hour violation disputes, and labor union disputes. I also negotiate employment and departure agreements and provide counsel and advice to employers regarding policies and procedures.In addition to labor and employment law, I also have experience in commercial and business litigation and disputes involving matters such as breach of contract and shareholder disputes in privately held corporations.
