Wendy M. Musielak attended DePaul University in Chicago, IL where she graduated with highest honors with a B.S. in Finance and Management. She earned her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2003. Wendy is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois. In 2015, Wendy was admitted to the United States Supreme Court. Wendy concentrates her legal practice in family law matters including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony and spousal support, collaborative law, mediation, prenuptial agreements, litigation and appeals and complex litigation. Prior to being a partner with Esp Kreuzer Cores LLP, Wendy was a Staff Attorney for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court and an Adjunct Professor for DePaul University’s Department of Management. In 2013, Wendy was selected as the DuPage County Bar Association’s Lawyer of the Year for her commitment to her community and local legal associations. Wendy is currently the Third Vice President for the DuPage County Bar Association. Wendy is a member of the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers, Illinois State Bar Association, Will County Bar Association and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She is also a member and director of the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers. Additionally, Wendy is a fellow for the Collaborative Law Institute of Illinois and past TEC Committee member. Wendy earned the recognition of Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2014-2017 and has been recognized as Emerging Lawyer since 2015.
