Twenty of my thirty three years as a lawyer have been devoted to employment law litigation, mediation, and arbitration. Employment discrimination is about uncoverning employers’ and employees’ motives. We study human behavior. This is my passion. I’m always listening for strong facts which might support a plausible theory of discrimination whenever I speak with potential clients on the phone.
