Rick De Lara, Jr. was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. A graduate of Del Valle High School, Mr. De Lara, Jr. completed a double major at the University of Texas at El Paso, obtaining bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice, and obtained his juris doctor degree at Texas Southern Unviersity’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. Mr. De Lara, Jr. began his legal career as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Tony E. Parada, P.C. in Houston, Texas where he focused on Immigration, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense cases. Mr. De Lara, Jr. excelled in immigration matters such as Bond Proceedings, Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Asylum and Withholding of Removal. Mr. De Lara, Jr. moved back to El Paso and continues to represent clients in the areas of Immigration, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Probate, and various civil matters.
