Noah Klug

Noah Klug started out his legal career with a government immigration agency through the U.S. Attorney General’s Honors Program and then moved into the private sector in senior roles with the world’s largest corporate immigration law firm, Fragomen, advising some of the most renowned global corporations.  Now, he runs Klug Law Firm PLLC, headquartered in New York City. In addition to being rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell, Noah is also listed in Who’s Who Legal, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyers, rated “Superb” (10/10) on Avvo, and a Mensa member. He has authored over 30 in-depth legal articles on immigration law, spoken at nearly 40 immigration-related events, contributed to major immigration studies, co-edited three highly-regarded immigration law treatises, drafted comments to significant USCIS policy memoranda, and been quoted in major media publications. Noah formerly served as Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Immigration and Naturalization Committee, was the founder and chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Bangkok District (Asia Pacific) Chapter, and past member of the AILA National Business Immigration Committee.
