Inspired by my personal experience as an immigrant with a working visa, I decided to pursue an immigration law practice to help individuals looking to fulfill their American dreams. I can fully relate to the aspirations of immigrants, as well as the fears and difficulties they experience when adjusting to a new life far away from home and loved ones. Through these perspectives, I I am able to work well with those who seek my professional help and effectively manage their expectations. As my practice developed, I have come to realize the need for U.S. employers to employ foreign talent as a strategy to gain global competitiveness and my firm provides this types of legal service. In addition, I have worked to raise awareness in the area of immigration compliance especially in I-9 employment eligibility verification, which every employer (whether they employ immigrants or Americans only) must comply with, in a non-discriminatory manner. The leadership roles that I have taken from student days to being actively involved today in professional/business activities and community outreach have given me a plethora of wisdom and depth of understanding to be able to provide a well-rounded approach in addressing the needs of clients in the immigration arena.       Lastly, I have a strong commitment to promote consumer protection and fight unauthorized practice of law by actively promoting .
