Lucy Cheung

Lucy G. Cheung is a partner at Goldstein and Cheung LLP. Admitted to the Massachusetts bar in 2008, the New York bar in 2010, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 2010, Ms. Cheung practices general immigration law, with a focus on extraordinary individuals, business, corporations, students, education institutions, and family immigration issues.She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and NAFSA-Association of International Educators, among other organizations. She has recently been named to the 2016 and 2015 Metro New York Rising Stars list in the practice area of immigration. Ms. Cheung is currently the Chair for NAFSA’s Region X (New York/New Jersey). She previously held the position of Regulatory Ombud for Scholar Issues from 2011 to 2014. She is the recipient of the 2012 NAFSA Region X Rising Professional Award for her notable commitment to the field through professional and volunteer activities. Ms. Cheung also participates actively in the AILA New York Chapter Media/Advocacy Committee and Unlawful Practice of Immigration Law Committee.
