Kenneth Johnson is co-founder and managing partner of Johnson, Blumberg & Associates, LLC.  Kenneth has acquired over 20 years of experience representing banks, mortgage lenders, services and creditors in both secured and unsecured transactions. His experience includes foreclosures, bankruptcy, REO closings, Immigration law, collections, document preparation and representation of fortune 500 companies in a variety of corporate business transactions. Ken is AV® Preeminent™ Peer-Review Rated 4.9 out of 5.0 by Martindale-Hubbell and licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota. Prior to coming to Illinois, he served on a statewide panel in Minnesota created to improve default litigation and increase efforts toward foreclosure prevention. Currently, Ken serves on the CEO Council for Chicago United and on the Board of Link Unlimited Scholars, LLC.  As Managing Partner for Johnson, Blumberg & Associates, he is directly responsible for all day to day staff, client and firm-wide issues. Kenneth oversees the Immigration Department and all post-judgement matters including Sales, REO and Evictions. Under his leadership Johnson, Blumberg & Associates has become the go-to firm for lenders and servicers when complex questions arise. Ken has worked hard to create a culture that places value on excellence and diversity. His insistence on these principals has made Johnson, Blumberg & Associates one of the most desirable places to work in this industry. Ken graduated from the University of Iowa Law School in 1993 and was a member of the Law Review and received a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan in 1990.
