About Sandra Echevarria

Sandra EchevarriaMy name is Sandra Echevarria. I have been practicing law since January 2005. I graduated Magna Cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. I graduated Cum Laude from FIU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies. For the first two years of college in MDCC, I was a Theater Major. I was the first in my family to ever graduate from Law School, but not the last. I have always focused on Immigration and Nationality Law. I opened my own practice in 2008, and I focus on all aspects of Immigration Law. I have been successful because I work tirelessly to help my clients. I love the law. I love litigation. I love to research. I love to write. I love the process. Anyone who has seen me walking into court or in court, knows that I may appear to be excessive in my filings and my arguments, but ultimately, my efforts have led me to what I have today.I was born in New York and my family is Dominican. My mother had five kids and we were raised in a very humble setting.  I have been practicing for over 15 years now. I work with my family and amazing attorneys and staff members that are like family to me. We all try to do our best to get the job done. I work 12-15 hour days, like many of us do. Throughout the years, I have defended over 1000 cases, have helped countless clients, and I am proud to say that the vast majority of my clients are still here and are now legal. I have helped consulates from various countries and non-profit organizations help Immigrants in our community. I have won awards from the City of Miami and the Dominican Consulate for my help in our community. I am a humble person, and I learn something new every single day. I try to help my colleagues any chance I get. I have been a part of AILA for various years and have been part of various committees.Info: .com/amp/attorneys/
