I have been practicing immigration law since 1997.  I maintain a small practice where I have a close relationship with my clients.  If you hire me, I will be the person that works on your case.  The primary focus of my practice is deporation defense.  I handle cases in immigration court, before the Board of Immigraiton Appeals, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals.  I also handle adjustment of status and naturalization cases.  I have extensive experience in dealing with criminal immigration matters.  I often consult with criminal lawyers regarding the immigration consequences of proposed plea agreements.
